Anyone can learn hijama. To open a hijama clinic you need to have a hijama license. You can check the state medical board to get a license if you have a medical background. If you don't have a medical background you can get holistic medicine license from PWA and practice hijama.

You need to get a Hijama certificate to apply for the license. Hijama Institute offers a world-only university-accredited Certificate.
